Delivery Times
Delivery times will range depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Orders will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of placing an order on a working day.

Orders placed on the weekend/Public Holidays orders will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Orders will be processed and dispatched same day if ordered before 4pm. DHL next day delivery options will be processed and dispatched same day if ordered by 4pm, including guaranteed next working-day delivery. Free delivery for over £35 of value is usually sent Royal Mail Second Class, ordered before 4pm, it will arrive 1-3 working days later, with tracking.

For order over £35.00, you have the option to upgrade from Royal Mail Second Class to Royal Mail First Class for £1.99. This will be next working day delivery if ordered before 4pm on a working day.

Delivery and carrier responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the selected delivery carrier, delivery is carried out by the carrier in accordance with their standard practices. Bare Addiction is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or delivery to neighbours carried out in accordance with the carrier’s standard delivery practices.

If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, this constitutes successful delivery. Any disputes relating to delivery handling, delays, or notification should be raised directly with the carrier.
